Rectangular, wood painted dark (blue or black) with a red and white border. White block lettering, "REMEMBER MOTHER ANN / SECOND FAMILY SHAKERS / HANDS TO WORK - HEARTS TO GOD".

Notes

The sign was hung outside the dwelling house of the Second Family along the main road that ran through the Mount Lebanon Shaker village as a reminder to passerby to "Remember Mother Ann." It is believed to have been made by Brother William Perkins who, with Sister Lillian Barlow, maintained the Shaker chair workshop and produced a variety of woodenware and other goods for sale.
