Description
Octagonal box with lid, made of woven poplar and (cotton, linen?) thread cloth, wooden base covered with ivory paper bottom and blue satin fabric on interior of box and lid. Fabric extends over outer top edge of box. Outer edge of lid and bottom edge of box trimmed with white kid leather. Lid attached to box with two ribbons, one must be a replacement, both are worn. Lid closes with an elastic loop attached to lid which then attaches to a white round button attached to front of box.
