Round metal spice box holder with hinged lid and oval ring handle. Holder has crimped and soldered joints, lid is stamped with applied flange and a wire rolled rim, a section of which is cut away and a hasp looped over wire as hinge. Painted black with gold pinstripes. Lid decorated with gold plume-shaped stripes outlined in black.
