Box of woven palm leaf alternating with rye straw with lid. Lid is hinged by two pink ribbons and ribbon and elastic closure on front. Box is lined with pink silk. Bottom of wood covered by white paper.
The donor stated that the box was given to her by Sister Martha Wetherell, and that she understood that Sister Martha made it in about 1930.
