Hexagonal cardboard box lined with cream-colored textured cloth woven in diagonal pattern. Box is hinged with lavender ribbon, and closes by elastic band over a white button. Interior is lined with blue silk and contains silk blue pincushion and emery, cream-colored needle case, and a piece of wax, all attached to the sides of the box with lavender ribbon. Bottom of box is covered with blue paper.
