Description
Wooden curd mill. The mill has a cylindrical roller with four rows of 12 pegs in a spiral pattern. The roller is rotated by an arm with a handle outside of the mill's framework. The roller is held in place by the two sides of the framework. The pegs of the roller when turned interlock with pegs which stick out from the interior of the front side of the mill. The back side of the mill is angled toward the roller. All sides are notched and interlock in place. These pegs are visible from the exterior.
