Stand of cherry, base and pincushion cup - face-turned, standard - between-centers turned. Brass spool spindles. Wood turned in three pieces. Base, center-turn shaped turning, cupped turning to hold pincushion. Velvet cushion in deep rose, very worn, two pink rosettes and ribbons on either side of cushion. Seven wire rods to hold spools, each approximately 1 1/8" tall.
