Nickel (?) plated sheet metal device consisting of a cylinder with retractable pen and pencil (appears to have had a cap but if so, cap has been lost) and a rectangular lidded compartment housing a spring-loaded rubber stamp. Stamp reads "G. A. Lomas." Lid of housing for rubber stamp is stamped with a line drawing of the Statue of Liberty; "Monument / New York" on the other side.
