Square-bottomed bottle with glass ridges just below neck. Neck is cylindrical, about 1 3/4" diameter. Opening is also about 1 3/4" in diameter with 1/4" rim. Off-white paper label adhered to glass 5/8" from opening. Rectangular label on front. Glass stopper (b) 2 3/8" in diameter.
