Porcelain saucer with cobalt blue transfer-printed design. The design comprises alternating hanging baskets with flowered branches and floral sprays with bows on the bottom, which are within a border of alternating groups of convex lines along the inside edge. This border encircles the recessed center of the saucer with a floral scene at the center. The underside curves upwards, has no design on it and has a circular base.
