Last, Shoe

Description

Wood block cut in the form of a shoe. The last has a pointed toe. The height of the last increases toward the instep then plateaus at the top in an elongated oval shape. There is no through-hole. There are remnants of black paint near the top of the last. From the top the heel curve extends to the seat. The seat sides are curved to form the waist before growing to the widest point at the last joints then tapering to form the toe.
