Plum-colored silk mitts cross-stitched "BB", Hancock, MA
Description
A pair of plum-colored finger-less silk mitts. Alternatively raised and recessed hems and decorative border around the wrist. The back of the hand is faux-seamed fancy-stitched. The points comprise of triangular flourishes at either end. The seam between the thumb and palm is a fancy-stitch. The palm-face is bare of any decorative-stitching, except the wrist. The mitts are flecked with blue, red, and different hues of plum.
