Finely turned and finished light-colored wood spindle with threaded end and turned nut affixed to it. Royal blue velvet rounded pincushion which rests on a round base which is trimmed with looped willow splint, decoratively tied with two blue ribbons on opposing sides. Bottom of pincushion is purple linen.
