Description
Wood block cut in the form of a shoe. The shoe last has an almond-shaped toe, from which the height of the last increases toward the instep and plateaus at the top. Below the top there is a thought-hole 9/32" in diameter. From the top the heel curve extends 2 1/8" to the seat. The seat's sides are curved forming the waist and widening from there to the joint and tapering to the toe. The seat is covered with small nail holes which follow the last's outline.
