Black ash splint basket with square base and circular, split rim with crossed lashing. Half-round rim on interior and exterior. 3/8" wide uprights, 1/8" wide weavers. Three 3/4" wide cleats attached to the base with copper rivets. Bonnet-shaped 1" wide handle, double-notched, attached to interior, that rises 6" above height of basket.
