Description

A combination fruit corer and parer secured to a rectangular wooden board. Metal of the machine has a black oxide coating. The machine mechanism consists of three sets of gears attached to a lever. The lever lifts upward and has a small triangular stand, which pierces the lever near the handle grip. One gear set has a large fixed half-circle arc. Lifting the lever engages this gear set which propels the other two. The third gear set turns the tri-spiked piece of metal which holds the fruit against the paring blade, which is controlled in the middle gear set, and moves down the length of the fruit to peel it entirely.
