Rocking chair used by Sister Dolly Sexton, Church Family, Mount Lebanon, NY
Description
Rocking chair. Dark brown maple. Front posts, beaded, 14" h. Back posts, beaded, with turned pommel. New zigzag woven splint seat. Two stretchers in front and sides and one in back. Posts notched and joined with rocker blades. Blades flush with front post and extend 5 5/8" beyond back post.
