Description
The back of this photograph is inscribed, "Halloween 1926" along with the initials, "W. P." which is assumed to mean West Pittsfield Shakers. The photograph shows a group of young Shakers and Shaker children apparently prepared for a halloween pagent or ready to go trick-or-treating. The photograph was taken in the west end of the kitchen in the Church Family Dwelling. Hancock Photographic Album.
