Description

This image appears to be a snapshot mounted on a card. The subject is the North Family and includes the following buildings (left to right) Dwelling (1818), glimpse of Stone Barn (1859) roof, Wood House / Wash House (1854), Second (Lower) Dwelling (1835), glimpse of the Horse Barn (1860), Deacons' Workshop ( ), Brethren's Workshop (1829). Information obtained at the time of the gift of the photograph from Mrs. Clough suggests that the photograph was made between 1885 and 1890. Although not identified as such, the photograph may have been made by her husband, Henry Terry Clough.
