Basket mold (probably) of butternut. Oval shaped; made of two pieces of butternut which are nailed together. A blind 1" diameter hole is drilled into the center of the bottom. The top edge of the mold is rounded over, curiously the top edge of the wood nailed to the top is rounded as well.
