Round measure consisting of a pine header (bottom) around which a piece of oak veneer was steam-bent and fastened at the overlap with a vertical row of eight iron tacks at the band end and the three more tacks vertically spaces 3 1/2" from end. Inner end of overlap held by two iron tacks. The band is fastened to the bottom with steel nails.
