When the R. M. Wagan & Co. chair factory at the South Family burned down in 1923, the business was reopened at the old chair factory in the Second Family under Lillian Barlow and William Perkins. Sarah Collins continued to seat chairs until she was moved to the Second Family in 1934. Orders addressed to Lillian Barlow or dated after 1934 are located in the Second Family Trustees Records.
