Memo East Family 1865-1870, 1865-1873. East Family records include membership lists (on pages 1-6) and accounts and table mat production (on pages 245-254). John Dean, who was an elder at the East Family from February, 1863 to January, 1864, continued to use the East Family journal to record his work as a cooper at the Church Family, 1865-1870 (pages 25-45) and odd jobs at the Church and East Families, 1860-1873 (pages 50-107, and 255-291). "Answers to Questions in Algebra given in the NY State Teacher’s Examination commencing Dec. 16, 1875, and continuing up to date", 1875-1876, written on pages 108-122.
